Foundry Division
With a manufacturing capacity of 2000 ton p.a Per annum of casting, the foundry division is divided into two units considering customers requirement with respect to Quality, Cost &
Delivery. We manufacture CI cating & Graded Cast Iron castings.
Foundry can be differentiated with a concept of conventional & mechanised manufacturing process. Conventional foundry involves Hand Molding and PIT molding process, etc with traditional Cupola blast furnace , where as a Mechanised foundry is fully equipped with upgraded technology like Jolt Molding machine line supported by fettling shop, Core Making, pattern shop, 3D modelling & Designing & other inspection equipments.
Gujarat Casting is well known for its unique strength of “VARIETY MANUFACTURING” under one roof and its value adding through machining. Casting weight ranges from 0.5 kg to 250 kg single piece in CI Casting.
Machining Division
In line with Value addition and with a desire to delight customers with D.O.L (direct on line) concept, we have machines shop as per customer requirement. Our machine shop consists of upgraded machines and modern amenities like CNC turning, VMC, Lathe and state of art inspection facility like CMM. We supply critical components in tractor inductor like transmission case, clutch housing, PTO housing etc
Testing And Inspection
To ensure ‘0’ Defect at customers end & ensuring customers delight at all stages of association,we have installed modern testing & inspection facilities in both Foundry & Machine Shop. We also have upgraded lab facilities for Sand testing, chemical composition, physical properties etc.
